Activity Description: Find the Animals

• Teach children to recognize the characteristics of different species.
• Then, guide them to find several different species of reptiles with the help of the trainer.
• When a child finds an animal, the trainer explains information about that species on the spot (e.g., feeding habits). After interacting with the animals, children can fill in their handbook and take photos.

Purpose of the Activity:

• To develop children’s observation skills.
• To satisfy their curiosity and desire for knowledge.
• Unlike traditional observation of small animals in reptile enclosures, this activity allows children to interact with animals in a safe environment that closely mimics their natural habitat. This approach also helps children gain a deeper understanding of the work involved in nature exploration.

Date               : Tuesdays to Thursdays (Excluding Public Holidays)
Time               : 2-3pm, 3-4pm or 4-5pm
