"Life Education" Talk

The life education advocated by Wanyama L.C. focuses on how humans should share the planet’s resources, coexist peacefully, and respect all other species. In addition to respecting other people, we must also learn to respect small animals. This is extremely important for the physical and mental development of children and adolescents. Our “Life Education” Talk aims to teach young people how to interact with small animals and establish a mutually respectful relationship with them.

The small animal talk is one of the educational formats provided by Wanyama L.C.. We bring small animals to be the focus of the talk, and they are carefully observed and cared for by our experienced professionals. Our staff, who have many years of experience, ensure that the animals do not experience any anxiety or stress as a result of the talk.

We emphasize that a “Life Education” Talk is not an entertainment show. If small animals were to attend in a state of discomfort or distress, or if the event caused them anxiety, it would completely contradict the original purpose of life education.

During the talk, we introduce various reptiles, mammals, and birds. We hope that by interacting with these animals in person, children and teenagers will gain a much deeper impression than they would from purely reading about them in books. We also aim to teach teachers and parents not to force children to interact with animals, reinforcing the key message Wanyama L.C. wants to convey: “Force Free”. Another core message is respect. By providing opportunities for children to engage with animals, we hope to teach them how to show respect – for example, by not touching them roughly or shouting excitedly.

We hope to influence life with life, thereby cultivating a next generation that cherishes the earth and all the small animals on it.

Another aspect of our talks is to provide information to primary school students or adults who are considering keeping a small animal. We teach them the basic knowledge of animal care, with the hope that they will choose to adopt instead of buy, and understand that an animal is not just a gift. Our professionals bring animals to these talks and introduce each animal’s background, characteristics, and the importance of a proper living environment, explaining how factors like temperature can directly affect an animal’s health.
